We are thrilled to announce our upcoming participating in Untitled Art, Miami Beach 2024!

Founded in 2012, Untitled Art is a leading contemporary art fair taking place annually on the sands of Miami Beach. We will be presenting a duo booth featuring new work by Carlos Sagrera & Jan Kuhlemeier.

Carlos Sagrera is a Spanish painter who paints domestic scenes that capture the intricacies of memory and the ever-evolving passage of time. The essence of his work lies in the masterful fusion of hyper-realism and abstraction, creating a mesmerizing interplay within his work. He draws inspiration from old family photographs and personal recollections, crafting evocative interior scenes that encapsulate an essence of nostalgia. His frozen interiors render a world where time stands still, evoking associations with the past and collective reminiscences. 

Jan Kuhlemeier combines different layers of pigments on the canvas, in which he searches for specific hues and color nuances to explore the border between painting and other media. Seeing painting as a tool to act and react to his surroundings, Kuhlemeier combines the energies, motions and colors of his own personal experiences of blending into a landscape and translate them into image or object.
